Our Return Window
Thanks for shopping with Pokémon Center. This return policy works alongside our Terms of Use.
You can return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The item needs to come back new and in the condition you received it. Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and still have its tags on.
What Can’t Be Returned
Some products don’t qualify for a return. Trading cards, and anything containing trading cards, are final sale. Digital products, including game download codes, are final sale too.
No Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.
Restocking Fees
If a package comes back to us without its original packaging, a restocking fee may apply. For general shipping timelines, see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll email you to confirm it’s been processed. Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout.
